GLADS: Gay & Lesbian Alcohol & Drug Support Group

GLADS is a safe, non-judgemental support  group for those who want better relief than substances can deliver.
 
Started in 1991, it meets every Wednesday 7.30pm to 8.30pm at Gladstone Rd. Medical Centre (back door), 38 Gladstone Rd., Highgate Hill.
 
It is free. Donations welcome.
 
It is an open group for individuals of all sexualities and gender identities. Whatever your substance, you are welcome. Relief is our only agenda. There is no pressure or guilt. Meetings alternate between identification nights ( story sharing) and issues ( personal growth and understanding).
 
Honesty in safe places produces relief, even if you don't talk.
