My name is Damon Mitchell and I work as a clinical psychologist in Melbourne. If you want to understand your emotional world and work towards healing and well-being then I am here to help. I assist people to reconnect with their inner world and let go of old patterns and defences that hold them back, In my work I help people to tap in to pathways for transformation, growth, and renewed experience of life. My therapeutic practice is informed by psychodynamic therapy, attachment theory, trauma theory, and cognitive behavioural approaches.
